In England, if you have made a complaint about the NHS that you think has not been fully dealt with or you are unhappy with the response, you can ask the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman to look at your complaint. If you have made a complaint to a council, you can contact the Local Government Ombudsman if you haven't had a response within a reasonable time or if you are unhappy with the result.
