The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, Reg. 20(7)
(7) In this regulation-- 'prolonged psychological harm' means psychological harm which a service user has experienced, or is likely to experience, for a continuous period of at least 28 days
