Walsall Council

We supported Walsall Council in their undertaking of a migration to the Oracle Cloud ERP solution to replace their multiple separate systems and paper-based/off-system processes. Following the procurement stage, that we also suppoorted, Walsall Council required a Business Integration Partner to support the implementation of the latest version of Oracle Cloud ERP solution. Birmingham City Council

Birmingham City Council first implemented SAP in 1999 but were experiencing a range of issues with the use of its current system. Heavily customised since the first implementation, it no longer me the needs of many of its users. We supported them in their future ERP requrements with an options appraisal, tender, evaluation, tender assessment and awarding, supporting them through a successful procurement process through CCS Framework RM3821 without challenge. London Borough of Croydon

After using Oracle for many years, Croydon became part of the One Oracle Partnership with other London Boroughs, jointly procuring a solution to provide an ERP platform based on Oracle technology. Croydon asked us to support them with managing the Oracle Cloud implementation Partner and implementation of the Oracle Cloud solution in line with the agreed scope defined during procurement. We suppoerted Lambeth to deliver a range of change management and engagement activities for their extensive Oracle Cloud ERP implementation programme which encompasses process, technological and behavioural transformation. This Programme was a key enabler to the council's 'Your Future Lambeth' campaign which aims to invest in its people, technology and workspaces to deliver high quality services for its residents.
