Building successful Integrated Care Systems

 Online sessions this Autumn

Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) are new partnerships between the organisations that meet health and care needs across an area, to coordinate services and to plan in a way that improves population health and reduces inequalities between different groups.

This autumn, Socitm Advisory would like to offer a series of online sessions on 3 key aspects related to the establishment of Integrated Care Systems:

  • Integrated Care Hubs

  • Harnessing place-based data

  • Leadership and partnership
