PMO

 Analyst
(Perm)

Socitm Advisory are looking to recruit a number of PMO Analysts to join their growing team and assist with an ever-increasing workload

We are well established in the public sector as a consulting organisation with particular strengths in the effective use of technology and in the achievement of benefits through business process change and transformation. As a result of winning and delivering multiple UK wide transformation programmes, including large scale programmes at Birmingham City Council, Essex County Council and the London Boroughs of Croydon and Tower Hamlets, Socitm are continuously looking to attract the very best talent to our permanent bench of specialist Consultants.

Deployed across the breadth of our portfolio you will be working with some of the best and most high-profile organisations within the public and not for profit sectors. You will be well used to full life-cycle PMO set up and delivery of technology, digital and organisational change-based projects blending Agile and more structured methodologies, such as Prince 2. Under scrutiny, your track record will demonstrate running PMO to time and budget in high profile environments.

Your stakeholder management skills will be exemplary, and you will be comfortable managing complex relationships to Board, Councillor and at times, Parliament level. You will have a strong track record in managing cross functional teams, systems integration, vendor and supplier partners and broader pan public sector relationships.

You will have an aptitude for business case development, solution design and business requirements production, operational modelling, business readiness and process analysis and improvement and will be able to communicate confidently in both written and verbal forms around these subjects. Your governance will be exceptional, and you will be confident in attending and presenting at Programme Boards, reporting on project progress, risks and mitigation factors.

  • A proven track record of full lifecycle PMO utilising both Agile and structured methodologies (such as Prince 2).

  • History of work within the Local Government or the wider Public Sector (outstanding applicants outside of sector may be considered).

  • Proven understanding of technology and digital programmes.

  • Business change and transformation skills of the highest calibre.

  • Exemplary stakeholder management skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication
