Socitm Advisory are looking to expand their recruitment & resourcing team as our portfolio of programmes rapidly expands.
We are well established in the public sector as a consulting organisation with particular strengths in the effective use of technology and in the achievement of benefits through business process change and transformation. Our business has grown rapidly over the last 3 years both in terms of volume and in size of programme. As a result, we have looked to develop the capacity and capability within our Resourcing function.
Our recruitment and resourcing team is an integral part of our Project Management Office and is a critical component in the success of our Consulting business. Operating in close partnership with the customer and our Assignment/Programme Directors the team focuses on 3 core areas:
Providing contingent interim solutions.
Building the bench of permanent Consultants and ensuring the optimum level of utilisation throughout this group.
Managing a portfolio of trusted Associates.
You will own a designated sector of our portfolio where you will be working with some of the best and most high-profile organisations within the public and not for profit sectors as they undertake complex transformation programmes. You will be an articulate, clear communicator (written and verbal) and must be comfortable adopting a collaborative and engaging approach to building lasting relationships.
You will be extremely comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, and will be confident in providing tailored recruiting advice. You will have provided technology/digital based recruitment solutions at a c-suite/executive level, within an interim environment, ideally to organisations within the public sector. You will also be comfortable in producing relevant data for portfolio resource reporting.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Proactive engagement with a designated client base, developing lasting relationships with a critical friend mentality.
Operating as a crucial part of large scale, complex transformation programmes taking the lead in providing proactive resourcing solutions.
Maintaining a portfolio of candidates, proactively taking them to market and representing them to internal and external stakeholders.
Engage stakeholders at all levels using a truly collaborative style.
To be successful for this role you will require:
A proven track record of success within the recruitment sector.
History of work delivered within the Public Sector (outstanding applicants outside of sector may be considered).
A confidence in providing IT, Technology or Digital solutions.
Exemplary stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
A comfort in remote, autonomous working (this role is home based with client based travel as required)
